Purchasing
The employment tests from R.D. Craig Assessments are only available to corporations, institutions, employment agencies, and government agencies that intend to use the program for testing purposes. Because the test programs are used in the employee selection process, they are not available to the general public.
Note: It is strongly recommended that you try the trial version before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied with the test program and to ensure that it works correctly on your system.
Ordering
The test programs are available only by download from the web site. If you wish to make a purchase, please email your order. Instructions and passwords will be emailed back to you, usually the same day. Please be sure to include the following information:
- Your mailing address & phone number for the invoice
- Which test program(s) you wish to purchase
- Whether you want a site license or single copy license
Payment
Prepay if you like, or we will invoice you (net 30 days). Credit cards are not currently accepted.
Invoice
The invoice will be made available to you in a .pdf file. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to download and print the invoice. Paper copies of invoices are no longer mailed.
Purchase Orders
Please note that the terms and conditions of the sale are specified in the license agreements. Please be sure to include the name and email addresses of:
- The end user (to receive instructions and passwords)
- A person responsible for paying the invoice

All prices are listed in US dollars. Canadian companies will be invoiced in Canadian dollars at the current rate of exchange.
Each test is priced as a separate product and can be administered an unlimited number of times. A Single Copy License allows you to install and use a test program on a single computer. A Site License allows you to install and use a test on any number of computers in one building. For example, if you purchased a Site License for the Speed & Accuracy Typing Test, your total cost would be $199, and you would be licensed to use the program on any number of computers in one building.
Upgrades
Upgrades from DOS versions and earlier Windows versions (pre Ver 2.00) are available for $79.00 (single copy license), and $159 (site license).

Technical support is available by email at no charge for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
