This is the largest circumference Arbutus I know of on Salt Spring Island. It is located at the Old Farmhouse B&B, home of Karl and Gerti Fuss. According to the British Columbia Register of Big Trees, the largest (circumference) Arbutus in British Columbia (Esquimalt) is 7.80 metres.
