About the Author...
All of the tests were designed and programmed by Robert Craig, Ph.D. Dr. Craig received a B.Sc. in psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario (1978), and a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida in Tampa (1983). From 1983 to 1986, Dr. Craig worked as a full time consultant with the Behavioral Sciences Group at the corporate headquarters of Bell Canada in Montreal. His major area of specialization was the development and validation of employment tests.
